Dreamweaver – An
employee would find experience in Dreamweaver useful because it shows that a
candidate has knowledge in how to create a website and also that they can successfully
use a computer to a good standard.
Visual Basic –
This is a good skill to have as it shows knowledge of programming and proper
programming syntax.
Technical/software
knowledge – Having technical/software knowledge ensures that the candidate
will be able to solve and fix any problems that occur in the various programs
that they are using. They can also use these programs to a high standard.
Good at following
orders – People who are good at following orders can work well under the
instruction of an employer and perform the tasks given to them without slacking
or losing focus.
Good organisational
skills – This is essential for ensuring that important documents or files
are not lost or put into the wrong folders. It also creates a safe work
environment that is free of clutter that could be hazardous to other employees.
Hardworking – A
hardworking employee is less likely to deviate from their original task, or
lose interest in their job. This ensures that they will continue to be an asset
to the employer.
Good in a team –
A good team worker will be easier to pair with other employees when there is a
big task that requires more than one person. Being good in a team environment
can improve the morale of the team as a whole and make everyone work harder.
